Verzending

De verwachte releasedatum vind je terug op de productpagina en in je bevestigingsmail. Deze datum is een indicatie. Mocht deze wijzigen, dan houden we je hier per e-mail van op de hoogte. Zodra je bestelling wordt verzonden, ontvang je automatisch een track & trace.

Meerdere items in één bestelling

Bestel je naast een pre-order ook items die wél op voorraad zijn? Deze worden direct verzonden. Je pre-order wordt later apart nagestuurd, zonder extra verzendkosten.

Annuleren

Pre-orders kunnen na plaatsing niet worden geannuleerd. Is het item na ontvangst toch niet wat je verwachtte? Dan kun je het binnen 30 dagen retourneren volgens ons retourbeleid.

Ruilen & retourneren

Ruilen of retourneren is mogelijk binnen 30 dagen na ontvangst, mits het item ongedragen is en zich in originele staat bevindt.
